How Barre & Beyond collects, uses, and protects the information you share.

What we collect
This site has no forms and collects nothing from you. Every enquiry reaches Bean by email, so the only information we hold is what you choose to put in your own message — typically your name, your email address, and the goals, dates, or preferences you describe. Nothing is submitted to or stored by this website.
How we use it
Your information is used only to reply to you, to plan and deliver the services you request, and to send materials you ask for — such as the free 7-Day Ballet Body plan. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Email delivery
Your message goes directly to Bean's own email inbox and is handled by her email provider. There is no marketing platform, mailing list, or lead database behind this site.
Marketing & your choices
We do not run a mailing list and do not add you to one. If you ask for the free Ballet Body plan, Bean replies personally with it; any follow-up is a direct reply you can end at any time by saying so.
Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site and deliver email (for example, our hosting and email providers), and only as needed to provide the service — or where required by law.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic and page performance. These do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
Minors
Services involving a participant under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete and sign the liability waiver. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a minor has provided information without consent, contact us and we will remove it.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, provide the services you request, and maintain reasonable business and legal records — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the data you share.
